Feeling Great & Internalizing The Positive: Sunday Motivation!

It’s 12 days into the new year & so far so good. I’ve been eating healthy, (Almost) along with making sure I’m doing daily things to help me feel beautiful & embrace everything about who I am. Changing your eating habits, what you choose to take in daily, or something as simple as a hair style change can really give you that extra confident booster. Lately, reading positive things, internalizing positive thoughts, & keeping up with how I look, has truly played a major part on how I feel. And I feel GREAT. I realize that most of you who tune in only read my post & with the exception of my Instagram feed on my page, you hardly know what I look like. πŸ™‚ So here’s a few pictures of myself for the new year. Today’s message is about finding and utilizing all the things that make you feel great and beautiful inside and out. Find things that make you feel uncontrollably happy. Remember to always smile. Today challenge yourself to do something to make someone else smile. Even try smiling at strangers, so what they don’t return the gesture. Why smile? because it’s contagious, xoxo.
