Before the New Year started I knew that I wanted to get in the habit of living my life focusing on self-development. I knew that there were pieces of me that needed to be either healed or reconstructed. I also knew that I wanted to begin living my life exploring all the areas about me that have yet to be explored and that needed growth. I’ve been attentive in church and watching a lot of online videos really focusing on what lessons God is trying to teach me. The time I’ve spent alone in the last couple weeks has helped me grow substantially. Essentially, I’d like to get to a personal space that allows me to never question any part of the woman I’ve grown to be. I have been committed to learning so many new things about myself. While I’ve learned new things, some old things have changed. A lot of the personal changes that have taken place within stand out more than others, but to me they all matter just the same. I thought of sharing all that I learned about myself and the effective strategies I came up with to incorporate healthier practices in my life that support my growth. But, what good is it to share what I did and not how I did it? I found some amazingly refreshing ways narrow down my exercises all in a 3 day span for us, instead of going through it all in a course of 3-4 weeks. Throughout this 3 day exercise templates will be provided for us to get hands on and serious about our personal growth. Day 1 will focus on our negative traits, getting to the root of them and effective ways to get rid of them. Day 2 will focus on 5 things we’d like to see grow about us or improve. What can you do better and how can you be better? Day 3 will be centered around us focusing on new, healthy, everyday habits that will help keep our personal growth on a consistent path. I am so excited to share this with you all. It’s helped me so much and I know you all with have awesome results as well.
